Shipping & Exchange Policy

At THE STYLE SYNDROME, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.

We’ll deliver anywhere in India.

All your orders would typically be dispatched within 15-20 working days from the date of order. 

Standard delivery: Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 100 would be applicable for each order. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.

Please note that the delivery time is 15 to 20 Working Days, except for products bought from the SHIPS IN 24 HRS category.

We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 15-20 working days, from the time the order is confirmed.

Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.

*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.

CASH ON DELIVERY (CoD):

We provide Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility to only select locations in India. Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 100 per order.

Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Style Syndrome shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS:

For cancellations of the order, please inform within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products to be returned in its original packaging only & NEW condition only along with original packing bags given, USED Products won't be accepted.

We will Provide you a Coupon Code for the same value of the product which is Returned or Exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on our Store, Validity of the Coupon Code is Lifetime. We do not give any Cash back Refund for Exchange or Returns. We Return & Exchange only once.

Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.

We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.

If the area is not serviceable for a reverse pickup, For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. We refund return courier charges up to Rs. 100/- if it's self shipped by our clients.

In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care on +91 865-0350-865 or email us the tracking info on info.stylesyndrome@gmail.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with the Style Syndrome order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.
